Dr. Mark A Haskell, DDS, PC

I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. After graduating with honors from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999, I commissioned into the Army Dental Corp to serve as a dental officer.
Following a one-year residency in general dentistry at Ft. Lewis, WA, I served four years both overseas and stateside. Having been stationed in the North West, my wife Melissa and I decided Oregon would be a wonderful place to live and raise our two wonderful daughters. In 2004 we settled in Canby. Since then I have worked in several types of offices in order to discover myself and what style of work I prefer. That exploration, which began the day I started dental school, has finally allowed me to find a place I feel most at home. I am honored to be able to say the town Melissa and I discovered as our new family home all those years ago, is now my dental family home. I look forward to providing my best care for many years to come.
